I am a Reiki Master & Practitioner, fully insured and registered with the UK Reiki Federation. Evolving in Japan, Reiki is the name given to the system of natural energy healing founded by Mikao Usui. Based on chi a universal energy source which can be transferred through hands on touch to encourage emotional or physical healing, Reiki has many benefits;

Distance Healing
For those who are unable to attend an appointment in person, I provide Reiki distance healing sessions.
Distant healing involves no direct contact, so if you are restricted to your home, you can still receive
Reiki sessions to help with mental health, reduce stress and anxieties etc., in order to restore life’s balance in attaining calm, peace and relaxation.

Reiki is a non-invasive treatment working with universal energy which helps to activate each client's natural healing processes, which can trigger the immune system from the inside out as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki has many benefits such as promoting relaxation, sleep, a sense of calm and peace.
This treatment an be used in conjunction with many other alternative therapies.
Guided Meditation
A safe space is created as you are gently guided through a meditation session. This can be done remotely or in person.
